Designers corrected the original design (which had only one counterspace to either side of the sink cabinet) with quality cabinets, counter-top and faucet. Most floorplans of this model included a space in the kitchen for the washer and dryer. The new design replaced the space for the washer with cabinetry which includes a turn in the design creating a peninsula adding even MORE space.
