The Housing Market has Shifted!  The "name your price" days of 2016-2018 are gone and homes that are not priced right are not selling!  Every home and every situation is different, we'll put together a pricing strategy that will get you the most money in the least amount of time.  


Here's a dose of reality... If it's Not Compelling, it's Not Selling!  What makes your home different from the other homes in the Sea of MLS Properties?  We need to make your home the one that makes buyers say "WOW!".   Whether it's a lower price than other homes in the area, a unique characteristic we can use as "different", or even a "move-in ready" action plan that sets your home apart... Let's select the right plan to get your home SOLD!


Today's buying market is dominated by Millennials and Buyers looking to move in and do nothing but enjoy their new home.  Some things you can do to might cost money, but if you can break-even or sell your home much faster for a small investment or some "elbow grease" isn't it completely worth it?   Again, the less a buyer has to do the more Compelling your home becomes!


Let them have gadgets!  In today's world of Wi-Fi enabled smart devices, there are plenty of options to Wow a buyer.  Video doorbells, whole-home security systems, surround-view cameras, app-enabled thermostats... all items that have buyers giggling and asking for more!  Just remember not to let your Smart Home get smarter than you.


This one hasn't changed in decades and still holds true today.   How many times have you viewed property photos and thought "why am I looking at all of their crap?".   Kitchens, Baths, Closets, Bedrooms... Clean horizontal surfaces and tidy closets look much better online and help drive potential buyers to Your Home!


This is really a continuation of Clear the Clutter but now we extend those rules to the exterior, basement, and garage spaces.  Photographs are a buyer's first impression of your home, if the pictures aren't compelling you won't be selling.  It may take hours to get your home picture ready, but look at the difference it makes!  Most times you can stage your home on your own, but if help is needed I'll make sure to find the best Staging Company for the job!
